Recruitment Consultant Trainee

Job Responsibility

1. Assist consultants to prepare job description and specification in order to reach an agreeable candidate portfolio.

2. Assist in analyzing candidates’ qualification for short listing

3.  Arrange interviews for candidates and client.

4. Maintain close communication with the candidates and employer.

Education:     

Degree holder in Computing Science or related or Human Resources Management or related.

Overseas educating or working experience will be an advantage.

Skills:

-   Good marketing sense and basic knowledge in IT and Telecom

-   Strong interpersonal communication skill

-   Strong presentation skill

-   Strong selling and negotiation skill

-   Ability to work independently

Language:

Good command of Putonghua and fluent in spoken English

Researcher/Researcher Trainee

Job Responsibility

1.   Identify and initiate contact with Potential candidates.

2.   Maintain an update client company database.

3.   Arrange and prepare qualifying interview for candidates.

Education:     

Degree Holder in Computing Science or related or Human Resources Management or related.

Skills:

-   Good communication skills

-   Excellent telephone handling skill

Language:

Good command of Putonghua and fluent in spoken English
